Bespoke websites are sold through a scoped project order and custom invoices—not an online self-service checkout. Foundation and Growth each use a package-specific services agreement; Signature projects use a custom agreement. The signed documents state the exact deliverables, timing, hosting election, and payment schedule.
Scope and changes
Your project order identifies the selected package, included pages, integrations, revision rounds, content responsibilities, and acceptance process. Work outside that scope requires a written change order and may affect price or timing.
Custom invoicing
We issue project-specific invoices using the milestones and due dates in your project order. There is no self-service checkout for a bespoke build. Third-party fees and taxes may be billed separately where applicable.
Ownership
After all project invoices are paid, you receive the ownership rights described in your signed agreement for the custom deliverables. OpenSiteAI retains its pre-existing tools, reusable systems, libraries, and know-how.
Optional managed hosting
Managed hosting is optional at $26 per month under a separate signed addendum and includes standard hosting, TLS, and up to two support tickets each month. A client may instead use a compatible hosting account it controls. Domain, provider, and usage charges remain separate unless expressly included.
AI guardrails
AI features are limited to the approved business purpose and information sources. We design a clear human fallback for uncertain or sensitive requests. AI output can be incomplete or inaccurate and remains subject to client review.
Acceptance and support
Included revision rounds and post-launch defect support depend on the selected package. A defect means the accepted deliverable does not materially perform as documented; new functionality, integrations, or redesigns are separately scoped.
Contract packet
A Foundation or Growth engagement uses its matching services agreement and completed Project Order. If hosting is elected, the $26 monthly Managed Hosting Addendum is signed with it. A data processing addendum is added when OpenSiteAI will process visitor personal data for the client. Signature terms are drafted for the custom scope.
